Overview
Sorting process:
The materials are collected by the lifting device and lifted upwards, then transported to the centrifugal turntable. Then, the materials are sorted and sorted by a centrifugal turntable, and transported to
visual inspection equipment for screening. The screened materials are directed uniformly by the direction adjustment device, and the spacing is adjusted by sensors before being transported to the
collection unit for point collection and processing. Finally, the feeding device pushes the material out.
Packaging process:
1. Film packaging; The pushing device transports the material to the packaging machine, and the material is divided into grids according to the set quantity by the material baffle on the conveying unit of the packaging machine before being packaged. 2. Vacuum packaging; The material is transported to the collection unit of the vacuum bagging machine through a secondary conveying unit, and then collected vertically by the collection unit before entering the vacuum bagging machine for vacuum packaging. Can be packaged with film or vacuum according to needs, or can be used in combination with double lines.

A2: Regular delivery time is 7-10 days for packing machine and 30-45 days for fully automatic packing line upon receipt of deposit.Delivery time will be discussed if machine is customized and additional test needed.

A3:Machine is wrapped by plastic film inside and packed with plywood boxes outside which suitable for sea & air shipments.

A9: Yes, but the travel fee is paid by you including daily allowance for the technician. So to save your cost, we will send you a video of full details machine installation and assist you till the end. The video covers installation and operation, as well as maintenance.
